Romantic Garden Wedding
Our colourful gardens & Gazebo are available for your ceremony.
Both our Gazebos are totally private with no other conflicting Weddings to be seen or music to be heard. We meet you on arrival and co-ordinate the start of the ceremony. Allow 20 minutes for your ceremony, 15 minutes for congratulations and 1 1/4 hours for photos in the gardens.
Included is the hire cost of the Gazebo & gardens, a green carpet runner, 20 white plastic chairs for your guests ($2.00 each for extra chairs), a wrought iron table with cloth & 2 wrought iron chairs with covers for you to sit on while you sign the register, rehearsal time, undercover area or inside foyer if the weather is inclement.
While you sign the register we hand out a basket of Rose petals for guests to throw after the ceremony.
You have two choices of Gazebo decorations – Classical Champagne & White Roses with Gold Cherubs or Modern White Liliums.
Garden Wedding Music
We play music through our sound system for your ceremony (one song as you walk down the aisle & two while you sign the register). Please supply your own CD’s for us to play. Music is played during pre-dinner drinks until the guests are seated for the start of the reception. Included is a microphone on a stand if your celebrant requests it.
After your ceremony we serve pre-dinner drinks in the gardens if the weather is fine or on the dance floor if not. Canapes and a Crudite Platter of Dips, Cheeses, Turkish bread and marinated Vegetables is also served.
You have a choice of two styles of Menus
Formal Dinner with choices of all three courses Or The Vintage Buffet
A personalised Menu is provided for the guests

Main Course (Choose three in advance)
Dessert (Choose two in advance or the Dessert Buffet)
Followed by Freshly brewed Coffee & Tea
Petit Fours, Handmade Chocolates, French Mints and Farmhouse Cheeseboard
A large Surf & Turf platter is served to each table so that all your guests are eating at once.
Fruit Sorbet is then served.
Guests can help themselves to the Buffet Carvery, Hot Buffet, Salads, Seafood Selection & Dessert Buffet.
Liquor is served for 6 hours and usually begins with the service of Pre-Dinner drinks (Extension of Bar $10.20 per person per hour or part there)
Served as soon as the ceremony is over while you have your photographic session (approx 1 hour) Champagne Cocktail, Fruit punch, Orange juice, Soft drinks, Beer & Bottled wine. Canapes and a Crudite Platter of Dips, Cheeses, Turkish bread and Marinated Vegetables is also included for you and your guests.

Depending on your guest numbers, you have the choice of either the Banksia Hall or Boronia Hall. Included are standard floral decorations in the hall, round tables, Presents Table, Cake Table, Lecturn & microphone for speeches, room set up costs & Wishing Well.
Flowers and Napery
Our chair covers are not included but are available at $5.00 each.
For the Guests tables you may choose any of our of silk flowers from our Floral Decorating range to the value of $25.00. Mirrors, Tealights & Crystal scatters are included.
Vases of 3 fresh long stemmed Roses and Joey Fern with matching fresh long low for Bridal Table.
A range of Candelabras and Tea Lights for the Bridal Table
Tables are laid with long round white linen cloths – long round black tablecloths $11.00 extra per table.

Coloured Linen serviettes. Bridal Table & Cake Table skirting with georgette scalloping
Chauffer Driven Luxury Sedan
Chauffer the Bride & Groom to their accomodation. Scarborough, Mullaloo, Mindarie Keys, Joondalup, Swan Valley, Burswood, Perth City. A Champagne, Cheese & Fruit Hamper is included. In the event of a double booking, a luxury car of similar standard will be supplied.

Saturday evening minimum in each hall applies (March, April, October, November)
This package is also available at Lunchtime and represents a cost saving of 10%.
Note : No reduction in price if some parts of the package are not required eg Gazebo or table flowers. Nothing is given in lieu of.
With this package, drinks cannot be charged separately on a Consumption basis.
Beer upgrade to Stella Artois, Grolsch or Peroni extra $3.50 per person for the duration of the function (Choose one only).
No further discount for a Friday evening.
DJ is not included in the “Magic of Bridgeleigh Package”. We strongly advise that you use our Resident DJ’s.
Should you not want to have an All-Inclusive Package, you can simply select your meal & drinks option from the Menu booklet. All of our other Services are also available to you.
